1. The service

Ranker.bot provides tools to audit and improve your local search presence. Features may evolve over time.

Managed off-page SEO is a separate human-delivered service for one UK business location per subscription. Its agreed scope may include research of relevant UK directories, sponsored-article coordination, quality checks, maintenance of business details and reporting of accepted work. Publication and customer approval dependencies apply; the service does not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue or third-party placement. Each managed subscription covers one UK business, one domain and one location, with a quarterly priorities review.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account, for the accuracy of the business information you provide, and for keeping your login secure.

3. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or use it to violate the policies of Google or other platforms.

4. Plans & billing

Monthly managed plans are £99 or £199 and can cancel future renewals anytime; annual managed plans are £990 or £1,990 paid upfront for the selected year; 12-month lock plans are £82.50 or £165.83 per month with no cancellation during the commitment. Any applicable tax is made clear before payment. Cancelling renewal preserves service through the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Website administration, takeover and SEO rebuild work are separately quoted custom services, not subscription entitlements. Contact support to change a subscription; a new purchase is not presented as an automatic upgrade. Monthly publication allowance applies across a continuing paid service year: one monthly payment does not earn future unpaid publications, and target-month delivery requires continuing paid service, customer approval and third-party publication requirements. Annual article entitlement is prepaid for the selected service year. Monthly plans may cancel future renewals anytime; annual prepaid plans renew annually unless renewal is turned off; the 12-month lock is charged monthly and cannot be cancelled during its 12-month commitment. Cancelling renewal preserves funded work through the paid period and accepted-work history. Citation and backlink ceilings depend on suitable sources, approvals and manual QA, and do not guarantee rankings, traffic, review uplift or AI citation.

5. Results

We work hard to improve your visibility, but search rankings depend on third parties. We can't guarantee specific positions or outcomes.

6. Intellectual property

We own the software and our content; you keep ownership of your business data. You grant us the rights needed to provide the service.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.

8. Termination

Either party may end the agreement. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; we'll tell you about material changes. Continued use means acceptance.
