1. The service
ranker.bot provides tools to audit and improve your local search presence. Features may evolve over time.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account, for the accuracy of the business information you provide, and for keeping your login secure.
3. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or use it to violate the policies of Google or other platforms.
4. Plans & billing
Paid plans renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Results
We work hard to improve your visibility, but search rankings depend on third parties. We can't guarantee specific positions or outcomes.
6. Intellectual property
We own the software and our content; you keep ownership of your business data. You grant us the rights needed to provide the service.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.
8. Termination
Either party may end the agreement. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; we'll tell you about material changes. Continued use means acceptance.
